I have accumulated first-hand expertise and excellent track record for being a trainer, speaker, consultant, and coach. During such a period, I have delivered more than 6500 professional contact hours; to help more than 6500 people, working within numerous industries. In addition, I have worked closely in collaboration with employees from entry to executive levels; and delivering optimal results - average client satisfaction is 97%. Academically, I have a Ph.D. in HRM from the University of Portsmouth (UK).

As a Trainer
I have a proven track record for designing and delivering

and optimise their operational efficiency and effectiveness. This was achieved
- for example - by building their capabilities and updating their expertise; to
progress their career.
As a Speaker
I was invited several times to deliver keynote speeches and
share my experience about different organisational topics. These topics include
- for example - call centre, performance appraisal, corporate universities,
learning and development, training effectiveness, strategic human resources,
and emotional intelligence.
As a Coach
I have an extensive background in guiding employees and
supporting their career challenges and concerns. Besides, I have proven
expertise in preparing employees to produce quality output across a variety of

and results, and life alignment.
As a Consultant
With a wide range of multi-industry experience, I advised
organisations on optimising and improving their overall business model; with
emphasis on HR-related issues and challenges. This was accomplished through a
dynamic and proactive approach of translating complex issues into workable
terms; using reliable and creative operational diagnostic methods. My
consulting scope of work includes - for example - providing information and
analysis, problem diagnosis and making recommending solutions, and optimising operational
effectiveness.
